Opening June 2024, Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge is an 11,000 sq ft 'modern cowboy' steakhouse in Bend, Oregon, founded by brothers Brian and James Malarkey. The restaurant is a love letter to their Central Oregon ranching heritage, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that celebrates the region's great outdoors. Design elements include a wood-fired oven, semi-private canvas tent dining areas, and a vibrant outdoor patio, all reflecting the majestic landscapes of Oregon.

The menu emphasizes ranch-to-plate traditions, featuring beef and produce sourced from their nearby Tumalo ranch, with an onsite butcher shop and smoker ensuring high-quality steaks and inventive dishes. Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge also serves as a dynamic venue for private events, from intimate dinners to grand celebrations.
